Describe the issue

I want mostly only exclusively listen to formats higher than flac and now it looks that my subscription does not provide the best resolution that I know the service can provide. Is there anything I should do to make sure that I have the best resolution playback when I listen my music?

Describe your network setup

Come on, my connection cannot be the problem, the problem is proximal (i.e. your service)

FLAC is a lossless codec and encapsulates PCM. Therefore it may contain PCM of different bit-depth and sample rates. For instance, 16-bit 44.1 kHz CD equivalent or a hi-res 24-bit 192 kHz remaster.

What formats do you want to use?

Furthermore, if you are having issues with playback and the format is supported, there could be other factors a play. However, you’ll need to present some information about your setup, including the error message you see.

If you are experiencing difficulties with streaming services, please say so.

Hi @Arno_Hanninen,

Thanks for writing in! Alongside what @mjw has mentioned - can you also review your Roon Settings > Services > Qobuz > Edit > review your streaming playback settings - ensure they are set to max.

We’ll be monitoring for your reply! :folded_hands:
