Describe the issue

When trying to login to my Roon app it tells me I needed to resubscribe to my service, I did this , however I still get the same "subscription Expired" message despite my account now being current

Hey @levey321,

Thanks for confirming, and I’m sorry for the hassle here.

Since your resubscription has gone through and your account is current, the “Subscription Expired” message means the app hasn’t yet pulled your updated status. Let’s force it to refresh:

  1. Login and access your web account here : https://account.roon.app/en/account
  2. ‘x’ out of all your sessions, and perform a ‘sign out’ here as well.
Re-login across the board and let me know if this helps. 👍

Hey @levey321,

Wanted to follow up on this. Were you able to log into your account at account.roon.app, clear out your active sessions, and sign out there as well so the app can pull your updated subscription status? If the “Subscription Expired” message is still showing after you re-log in across the board, let us know what you’re seeing and we can take the next step.

Please note, if we don’t hear back from you this thread may close automatically soon. If the thread auto-closes and you need further assistance, please submit a reopen support request via the technical support help form below and specify that the issue should be reopened. Thank you.
