This behavior is often caused by a browser session or cached authentication state.

Please try the following:

  • When you are redirected to the Roon website, copy the full URL from the address bar immediately after the redirect.
  • Open that link in a different web browser (for example, switch between Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
  • Complete the login and subscription confirmation from the new browser session.

In most cases, this resolves the subscription loop by bypassing the cached session that causes the redirect to repeat.
