Description of Issue

Since my account subscription renews March 21, 2023 I’m wondering if the price my Roon online account profile quotes will remain at $119.88 as stated there:

“March 21, 2023
Your Roon subscription will renew and you will be automatically charged $119.88 using the payment method on file.”

Or will this figure change after the first of the year price hike goes into effect?

The figure will change. The prices are different after January 1st, 2023, regardless of what anything in the past stated.

You should have received at least 2 emails explaining this. Check your spam folder if you didn’t get them.

In your specific case, you have the option to convert to lifetime before Jan 1 2023 at old pricing, but next year is new pricing.
