I submitted a support post about the ARC/Tablet issue as you suggested, but it doesn’t seem to appear anywhere?

Hmm - I can’t see it anywhere in Support either. When you filled out the Typeform questions and submitted the request, you should have got an email a few minutes later with a link to the Support post. I assume that didn’t happen for you.

@Leo_Reijnen - just checking - when you first submitted your support request, did you get this screen when you had submitted your request?

Indeed, I did. However, when I clicked on ‘go to Support’, I didn’t see my post there. I just figured it needed a minute to ‘sync’. Anyway, I will submit it again.
