Switching between endpoints fails

Roon Core Machine

I’m running my core on an Audiostore server, and use RooUNdP to feed my Naim streamers. Today I had difficulty switching between rooms using the two way arrow underneath the speaker icon.

Networking Gear & Setup Details

I use a Cisco 2960, 48 port switch, with the server and Naim streamers plugged into it.

Connected Audio Devices

Ethernet cable from 5 streamers (Naim NDS, 4 x Unitiqutes)

Number of Tracks in Library

32722 tracks

What exactly happens when you try to switch zones using the arrows?

Nothing … apologies for not being specific.
I need to select my chosen room to play music via Roon rather than get it transferred.

So when you press the speaker icon, it shows you the arrows.
But pressing the arrows does not bring you up a list of your available audio zones to switch to?

Are you sure that your other audio zones are online and available to select?

Have you done basic troubleshooting like rebooting everything?

The music doesn’t move to the selected zone / room. However, if I select the room from the main icon the music plays after a short delay.

Not yet as just been using the Naim app to play the radio today. But good idea.

Yes that’s about only suggestion I would have left really.
Hopefully it’s as simple as reboot.

Just tried switching rooms and seems fine.
