T+A DAC 200 HQPlayer Settings

Hi to anyone that can help,

I have just installed HQPlayer 4 on my sonictransporter i5, I’ve got it working and up sampling DSD 256 to my OpticalRendu and T+A DAC 200. But I’m not sure if I’ve done the settings properly or what any of it means. there isn’t really any instructions I can find on what any of it means specifically on the sonictransporter i5 HQPlayer settings page.

Does anyone know best settings for T+A DAC 200 in HQPlayer 4?

Thank you, Arlen.
Yeah, I saw that thread, and I think they’re using the latest HQPlayer 5, Which has got presets for DACs, but only HQPlayer 4 is available on SonicOrbiter for Sonictransporter.
I don’t know what most of the things mean on the Settings page, So, I don’t know how to start. I can’t find any explanation on what each option on the setting page does anywhere.

In your screenshot,you have at the topright the ‘help’ link.
Select that one, and you willbe on your way.

Oh how did I not see that, thank you that will help,
now to find the best settings for DAC 200
