Taggin some artists is not possible

Hi there
I don’t know why I can not tag some artists (I found it with some italian musicians). It works with the most of them but some … Don’t know what happens here. Please help.

Your Artist is not yet added to your Library.
This would mean yiu have not added any album for that aetist to your Library
