· I cannot get tags to sync in Roon ARC. The taged songs are showing up on my desktop. They are not showing up in ARC. I've never used tags before. I just started tonight. I took one of my playlists, made the whole playlist into a tag, and then created another tag, the best of. So, for example, female greats playlest-select all- assign tag Female greats. Create another tag the best of, assign that to select songs. Workflow would be go to tracks, click female greats, click the best of, and that would bring me to the best of female greats. Works in ROON not in ARC. ARC does show the tags but they are empty. If i tag a song in ARC it works and it also updates ROON. I have tried reinstalling ARC. It seems the communication is only working in one direction.

Thank you for your report. The team has reproduced the issue internally and development has a ticket in the pipeline to implement a fix.
To summarize the problem: if you create a tag for an entire Album or Playlist, this tag will fail to apply to tracks properly when browsing in ARC. This will require development work to fix, and the only workaround in the meantime is to apply the tag to tracks individually instead.
We’ll post here as soon as we anticipate releasing the fix into the #earlyaccess branch for testing. We’ll post again once the fix is primed for release into a public Roon update.
