Thanks for sharing your report! @Suedkiez is correct in their response above - this issue originates with Qobuz and is unfortunately outside of Roon’s capacity to resolve. Their team is aware of the behavior and they have deployed a fix.
We’ve seen some users with success after re-logging into their Qobuz account and restarting their Roon Server.
