Thank you for reaching out and for the clear description.
At the moment, Roon is not officially supported on Windows devices running ARM-based processors (including Snapdragon). Because of this, UI rendering issues such as missing or invisible text can occur, and unfortunately we don’t have a confirmed fix or timeline for this behavior at this time.
That said, I’ll pass your report to our product team for further review so they’re aware of the issue and the specific hardware involved. While I can’t make any promises regarding timing, this feedback is still valuable for future planning.
If possible, could you also share a few screenshots showing how the text appears (or doesn’t appear) in the Roon interface on your Surface Pro 7? This would help us better document the behavior internally.
Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could leave your feedback in the Feedback > Feature Suggestions section of the Roon Community forum. This helps us understand how many users are affected or interested in Windows-on-ARM support and allows the product team to better assess demand.
