I must express my thanks to the quick reply for the following.

This message is normally where you connection to Roon Cloud is bad. If simply restarting the server doesn’t fix it then do a cold restart of all the components in the network Try Power everything down , wait a few minutes. Then restart the router/modem , wait until the internet connection is made , green light etc , then restart the Roon server

Since I were just able to get online, I miss the reply time on the topic.
