Description of Issue

I recently posted at this link that Live Radio does not appear to properly decode certain French names, and I was not certain on whether this was a Roon problem or a bad encode by the Franco-Italian team who run the radio.

However, new evidence appears to indicate that the problem is with Roon, because TuneIn properly decodes the metadata, whereas Roon does not. Please consider the following screenshots for Gabriel Pierné, which Roon renders as

First, here is Roon iOS showing the error. Timestamp shown on the upper left corner: 4:20pm

Next, here is TuneIn iPadOS displaying the metadata correctly. Timestamp shown on the upper left corner: 16:20pm (= 4:20pm)
