What amp is that? I see that make/model a lot on this forum.
it’s an Icon Audio Stereo 40. mine’s an mkIII. It typically uses KT88s or EL34s, and has an option for Triode or Ultralinear modes.
I’m using KT77s, which to my ear provide the sweetness of EL34s, with the grunt of KT88s. in Triode, they produce ~15wpc.
