There was an error checking update

Since neither of the two options worked, as @noris has mentioned, the next step would be to send a set of logs for review. I’m copying the instructions from his message here:

If that doesn’t help, taking a look over your Roon logs may also help, you can access them using these instructions and if you wish to send them for review, please upload them here and let us know:

The logs were copied and pasted above, as well as having been sent as suggested. They read:

Thanks for re-copying the snippet you’ve initially posted. For our team to be able to investigate, they need the full set of logs.

Is this something you can provide?

That was the full set from opening, attempting to update, then closing. I’ve uploaded the folder now.

Thank you for sending those logs, it looks like Roon hasn’t installed properly.

We have had a case similar to yours on the forum in the past, and the user ended up needing to reinstall Windows to correct the issue. This error is usually associated with a Windows Operating System issue. Please see the following thread:
