"There was an issue loading your database...."

Installed the 14 day trial version today and when I launched the program I got this message: “There was an issue loading your database…”

MAC Sierra 10.12.2

Delete the database folders and run it again

Thanks for the reply. I am new to Roon, I went into Finder on my Mac and deleted the 3 elements I found associated with Roon: The Roon app, Roon Folder (empty) and Roon.dmg (storage). I then reinstalled roon, but got the same thing when I launched the program “There was an issue loading your database”…

Hey @Ken_Boyce – this issue is related to your database, so you’ll need to delete that in order to resolve the issue.

You can find your database by following the instructions in the Database Locations section here:
