If I run the Qobuz app, the same album plays just fine.

I have a new album that was added may19th in qobuz
Locally running this in qobuz all pieces play fully. In roon however every number is labelled as not available
Is there a solution?

I was wondering, could you please try changing your Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS? Does that help.
@Mac_Finney, @Rene_Weidema and @Andrew_Webb , we would love to take a closer look at each of your setups. While the symptoms may be similar, the cause might be different If you haven’t yet created a support post, could you please help us in this way?

I checked the issue again and found i had to login into qobuz in order to fill some privacy questions from qobuz, after that the album was fully visible
Till that moment i had not received a message that the qobuz account through roon was not connected
So in short it seems resolved.
