This track is not currently available from TIDAL + Too many errors

I Hove the same problem. I’m on Roon ROCK 1.8 build 814. I have deleted the the tidal account file and the problem is still there. I can log in to Tidal from Roon and search for albums but when I try to play a track I get the error message “The track is not currently available from Tidal” or “To many failures….”

Thanks for letting us know. Could you please use this as a guide to share more information about your setup?

In the meantime, could you please change your Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS?
