Tidal account problem

Hi Dean,

I would try, logging out of Tidal in Roon. Rebooting the Core. And then try logging in again.

If that doesn’t, then I’d try removing the Tidal cache following these directions:

Hey @fernand_lambert, Please follow these steps: Shutdown your Roon Core Find and open your Roon database Navigate to /Library/Roon/Cache Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop Try restarting Roon and syncing Tidal Regards, Dylan
