@late_nighter23 thanks for taking a look at the IPv6, it looks like you were able to find the right place to check. No worries about going through the terminal, it was an option listed in the article, but not a necessity if you’re not comfortable completing that.
We’re hoping that you can provide us with a set of logs to take a better look into the issue. Can you please reproduce the issue, make note of a timestamp of when that is, and use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
