Tidal latest albums not syncing, especially latest steven wilson album that released last night

Intel NUC running Roon Server. 1gb/s Ethernet Networking. 250/100 Fibre Internet.

It gives today’s release date, but it is there for me:

Interesting. Yeah mines still not working. Even after rebooting server signing in and out of tidal etc

Thanks for your message. I’ve activated diagnostics mode for your account, but I am not seeing any TIDAL-related errors. If you navigate to Roon Settings → Home → Recently Added, do you see the albums show up there?

I you still haven’t found it go to Explore tap in Tidal and look under Rock, it’s there for me.

Hi paul - Just to re-iterate my issue isn’t that i cant see that album on its own (I can) it’s that its added to my library on tidal but not in roon. same with many other albums. This problem is a larger issue with syncing etc.

The Steven Wilson album was just an example, there are more in the screenshots that don’t work either even tho they are added to my tidal library fine as per screenshot/s

Hi Snook, Sorry I got the complete wrong end of the problem there. Hope you can sort it soon.

@Snook Just wondering if you’ve added (in TIDAL) a version of this album for which we’ve not been sent the metadata yet (or for which we’ll never be sent the metadata). Can you post the album ID here (from their web UI) and also confirm your TIDAL region?

I think it mostly fixed itself now on another re-sign in and sync, so weird and Buggy.
