Thank you for letting us know of the issue you’ve ran into. Even if we’re replying much later than we had hoped, we would love to help.

If this is still an issue, could you please:

  • navigate to Settings → Service in Roon
  • log out of TIDAL
  • reboot your Roon Core
  • navigate to Settings → Services
  • log into TIDAL
