Describe your network setup

Single modem/router, playing on desktop computer connected over wifi with good signal. No issues when playing directly from the Tidal app.

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please let us know the exact local time + date when you next observe this issue? We’ll enable diagnostics for your Roon Server to see if there are clues in the logging. One other thing you can also try is to clear the TIDAL cache, to do so:

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to RoonServer/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs

Naturally since I posted here it has somehow seemed to have fixed itself. I will monitor for the next day or two, and ifit doesn’t happen again will close the post.

Well, the issue seems to have resolved itself. Going to close this off and I’ll open a new thread if it starts to happen again.
