Tidal doen't run correctly this evening

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Rock on Intel Nuc

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Netgear router - SOTM 200 Ultra Neo - BEL Canto DAC

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

USB between SOTM and DAC

Description Of Issue

When I read music with a NAS connected to Roon all is ok. When I read music using Tidal with Roon each piece of music begins, but after 10 seconds it goes to the next piece of music and it’s the same process. I receive each time a message explaining Tidal is slow and it can be a problem of network. I have checked with my provider (Orange): all Internet access and wifi are ok . Can you help ?

Have you rebooted everything?

As Ged suggested, is there any change if you reboot your Core machine?

If you play to System Output of a remote instead of the SOTM is there any change?

I have sold the situation: I have a new iphone 11 and I have tried with an an old one : it was ok. I have suppressed Roon remote on the new iphone and reinstalled: it is now ok. Thanks for help
