Had a similar issue when I accessed Roon via my Amazon Fire tablet. Numerous attempts to log in to TIDAL via “Retry” button were unsuccessful.
So I logged off and signed back in via my browser. Still no luck.
Next, I restarted the core server, restarted my Fire tablet and all is well now. YMMV

Same here this morning, Tidal would not connect. Power cycled the NUC and now all is well.

Thank you for the report here, we are aware of similar reports and have an active ticket regarding this issue. We have found that a Core reboot resolves the issue for the time being.
