TIDAL issue: This Tidal track is missing from Roon

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Description Of Issue
This track is not currently available from Tidal - same mistake.

Has anybody got the solution for this?

It’s weird, besause, I used a different Tidal account and works very well.

Hi @Mario_Piscoya,

What track is missing? Can you specify the artist/album and name of the missing track.

Also in what sense is it missing, not displayed in Roon or it will not play?

Hello @Mario_Piscoya, and welcome to the community! Can you send me some screenshots of the missing track and a screenshot of the track when it is displayed on the other account. Also, are these accounts for different regions?
