Tidal library items removed after update, syncing taking hours (ref#44H36V)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Music won’t play or issues with my library

· Streaming tracks greyed out or unavailable

· After today’s update, all Tidal library items were removed. Roon seer rings/services says Syncing library now but this process is taking hours so far and I don’t know if it’s working. Regretting the update.

Update: Searching online came up with instructions to log out of Tidal in Roon and re-log in. This worked to restore Tidal library immediately.

Hi @SVinTO,

Our diagnostic servers indicate that your Roon Server did recently reauthorize a session with the Tidal API, matching the update/edit you made to your initial report. Are we correct in assuming that your Tidal library has now synced in Roon? Let us know if anything is missing.

Roon updates can often terminate the active Tidal API session, requiring you to either restart RoonServer or sign out/back into Tidal within Roon (as you seem to have done here, if I’m interpreting correctly).

Please let us know if you require additional assistance or if we can answer any further questions. Thank you!

Yes after I logged out of Tidal in Roon and then logged back in, my Tidal library reappeared.

Thx
