Tidal logg in does not recognize my log in credentials [Resolved]

Dear Sir or Madam,

Why does Roon not recognize my Tidal logg in credentials?
When going to Settings/services/tidal log in I enter my Tidal log in and paswors but comes back as not correct.
Don t understand why as i can log in to Tidal ditectly with those log in details

Same problem here. Roon won’t recognize my Tidal account but I can login through my browser no problem.

Hi, @philip_van_vreckhem, @Stephen_Graham, thanks for the reports!

In the meantime I would suggest trying the following, in this order:

1. Try rebooting the device hosting your Roon core.

2. Without the application running try deleting your TIDAL cache.

If either of those tips do not yield a positive result…

3. With the application not running … would you mind going into the database on your Core and deleting this file:

Database/Registry/Core/tidal_account

If you are unable to locate the ‘tidal_account’ file:

4. Confirm that your TIDAL account is still active, as suggested here.

Rebooted and deletes caches and all works again… thanks!
