Tidal Login dont work

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
NUC8i7BEH with ROCK, Version 1.0 (build 186)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Cisco Sd110d switch (wired) , Technicolor Modem

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Allo Digione Signature / Raspberry 3b+ connected via Bnc to Denafrips Terminator

Description Of Issue
Can’t Login to Tidal with this error:

“there was an unexpected error, please check your account details. (MissingMethod)”.

I can login to Tidal with the App and browser with no problems.
I tried to reboot the Nuc several times, Digione Signature too. Rebooted also modem and switch. Same error.
Is there something I can do?

Hi @Luca_Botta,

This error typically occurs if the remote you’re using to log in is not fully up to date — Can you try updating the remote (and Core if necessary) and then try again?
