Tidal login issue "network error: please check your internet connection"

Same thing here… very frustrating. I can get onto Tidal via the browser but not in roon?

Hi @Greg_Cartwright ----- Can you go to your Roon database, and delete the following file:

tidal_account

Which can be found here:

\Database\Registry\Core\

Let us know if that doesn’t fix it and we’ll take another look at this.

I am having the same problem. I can use the Tidal app fine but not through roon.

nevermind. quit roon and opened it again and it worked.
