Hi. I too am unable to login to Tidal via Roon. Tidal app works fine. The last two or three days Roon and Tidal haven’t been talking to each other in my house. I’m not listing all my setup cuz it’s pretty clear the issue isn’t in my setup. Hope they sort it out soon!
Often times a reboot will resolve this type of issue. Can you try rebooting the Core machine and let us know if there is any change?
