TIDAL login trouble and issue seeing device in Roon

Dylan ROON has landed
I have never set it up so I will try later
I have 2 issues 1. I cannot find a way to use tidal I’ve been a member since it started but my e-mail
has changed and will no longer work
2. I cannot seem to configure my Meridian 218 it worked before but not now…

Just to verify here, Roon is no longer crashing on startup, correct? For these new issues I would like to move your above post to the support section of community — is that okay with you?

Are you able to login to TIDAL in the TIDAL app/web player? Or are you not able to login anywhere?

Are you able to play to this device outside of Roon from this same machine? Can you describe how this device is connected?

Fine by me…

Roon is up and running BUT it cannot see my Meridian 218
Marc Koval and I tried for 3 hours the other day to no avail
any ideas we restarted and rebooted everything several times
over all the netgear and everything could think of and the roon will not see the meridian
as a device…
