Tidal Network / Connectivity issue on Intel NUC Roon Rock

I dont have Tidal on Intel NUC Roon Rock since 4 days. It starts to play the track and stops it after 10 seconds. Than put the next track, plays for 10 sec and stops. After little time it doesnt play any track.

The error message is network - connectivity issue, that I dont understand at all…?

Speed test 35-45 mb/sec. Netflix dont have any issue, so only Tidal on Roon.

If I dont use Intel Nuc/ Roon, I dont have any issue to play Tidal with MConnect for example.

Can you please help how to fix the issue? Is it hardware or software issue?

‘Speed Test’ on your phone implies wireless?

Unless you can get 100mbs+ I’d go Ethernet

With 1gig fibre into the hub, I get 300mbs at my KEF LS50W which are now problem free.

When I only had 90mbs over copper into the hub, Roon/Tidal often dropped out on WiFi
