· Dear Roon support team, I'm logged in with Tidal on your MacOS app and almost every song I play on your app plays in mp3 22khz while on Tidal's app it's lossless flac. I think it's a bug. Could you please assist me? Thanks, Neta

As seen in your Signal Path screenshot, Tidal already sends the mp3 before it even gets to Roon. Go to Roon > Settings > Services > Tidal > Edit > Streaming Quality > set to Max.
If you go to Settings / Services. Under Tidal click Edit. Then there should be an option towards the bottom of that pop up screen to select resolution. Choose the Streaming Quality you want. And then Done.
Could you please confirm whether the suggestions above helped?
Specifically, after going to Settings → Services → TIDAL → Edit and setting Streaming Quality to Max, are you still seeing tracks play back as MP3 22 kHz in Roon?
The Roon Signal Path is fully transperent to the audio chain. It looks like Tidal is serving mp3 at this sample rate and bit depth as @suedkiez pointed out, so we’ll need to ensure that you’ve configured Roon/Tidal to request the maximum available file quality.
Please take the steps @vadim and @rugby have suggested above. We’ll watch for a response. I also recommend logging into Tidaldirectly via their webpage and confirming your account tier.
We’re going to close this thread out under the assumption that the issue is resolved. Please submit a new request here if you require additional assistance. Thank you!
