I starter a trial yesterday and added my TIDAL account but my playlists are empty and still not loading today.

Hi @IRA_M ,
Welcome to the community. Can you please let me know if logging out of TIDAL and back in via Roon Settings -> Services
has any change in behavior? What if you reboot the Core, does that help?
Also, can you confirm that these playlists have tracks associated with them in the TIDAL app itself? You can use the TIDAL web browser if you do not have the TIDAL app installed on this machine (Listen.TIDAL.com )

No change after logging out/in.
Yes, the Playlists have tracks, as you can see in the images

Hi @IRA_M ,
Thanks for giving the logout/login a try. Let’s see if clearing the TIDAL cache helps with this issue and to do so you can:
Exit out of Roon
Find and open your Roon database
Navigate to Roon/Cache
Move the contents of the /Cache
folder elsewhere, like your desktop
Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
