Tidal playlists don't sync!

Description Of Issue

Hi

I installed Rock, and I’m impressed with the sound quality vs windows client!
BUT

In the Rock server I don’t see my playlist from Tidal;
How long will it take to sync?
BTW in the Roon windows server the playlists are ok.

Hi, @relu_B, sorry to hear about your troubles. Could you, please, try the following steps and see if that helps:

• Go to ROCK Web UI in your browser.
• Press Stop button under RoonServer
  
  
• Go to /RoonServer/Database folder located on your ROCK (instructions are listed here – https://kb.roonlabs.com/Roon_OS_Data_Directory and here https://kb.roonlabs.com/Database_Location)
• Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
• Launch RoonServer via Web UI
• Sync TIDAL account once again
