By any chance, have you tried rebooting your NUC and checking the behavior again?
We’ve seen a few similar reports where a simple reboot resolved the issue.

I’ve gone ahead and enabled diagnostics on your account. From the logs, we can see that the sync completed successfully. Could you kindly confirm whether the information below matches the actual content in your Tidal account?

All my tidal playlists aren’t syncing either.
I’ve rebooted the server.
I’ve 6 tidal playlists in Roon but 13 in Tidal itself.

Thank you for the report. We’ve escalated this case to development - diagnostics from RoonServer show Roon resyncing with Tidal but consitently returning the six playlists you’ve mentioned.

@razzi, logs show a similar pattern in your case. Roon requests the information from Tidal’s API, but still returns an inconsistent number of playlists. We’re investigating diagnostics further to determine the best course of action and whether this will require any work on the developer’s side. In the meantime, please try signing out of both Roon, and also your Tidal account from their accounts page, then opening Roon and forcing a resync.

We’ll respond with more information as soon as its available. Thank you for your ongoing patience.
