I have reviewed your system logs, and I am seeing a large number of “Error 500” messages.
This confirms that your issue is related to the current global service disruption affecting Cloudflare. Because of this infrastructure outage, your Roon Core is unable to successfully communicate with the servers to fetch your Tidal playlists, which is why they appear missing or fail to load.
What to do now: Please monitor the status of the fix directly on the Cloudflare status page: Cloudflare System Status
Once Cloudflare reports that the incident is resolved and systems are operational, your playlists should load normally again. If the issue persists after the outage is cleared, please let us know here!
The infrastructural outages affecting Roon’s cloud and streaming services have since been resolved. Diagnostics indicate that you might have signed into Roon since you last posted, so we’re going to assume this issue is resolved.
Please let us know if you’re still having issues with Tidal or anything else in Roon. We’ll keep this thread open for another day or two to be sure.
