Description Of Issue

I was streaming Tidal, then all of a sudden, it stopped working. I can sign into tidal.com, but in Roon I get a Server Error message. I signed out of everything, rebooted everything, but still get a Se rver Error message when I try to log into Tidal through Roon settings/services

What is the error message you’re seeing? Can you share a screenshot?

Can you confirm that your Core and remotes are fully up to date?

Everything up to date. I do that 2-3 times a week

Getting the same error attempting to login to Tidal from the Roon app.

Same here. From Italy. Yesterday it was working. Today Roon does not accept my Tidal account and I get the server message trying to login manually.
With same user and password I enter Tidal site with Chrome browser and from my Android tablet and phone apps.
So it seems a Windows application issue.

I get the problem in Roon with both Windows, and iPad OS. But, with both I can successfully login in at tidal.com

100% Same issues here.

Seems like authentication service is down on Roons end.

Just got a different error message: non-200 status code from Tidal, code: 400

And everything works again, it is fixed

probably Roon’s Tidal authentication service needed a reboot :))

Tidal still works as standallone and with BluOS as well!
