My Tidal account is not syncing with my Roon one. When I go to Tidal and sync after a few seconds it says synced but it is not. I have tried logging back in and out of Tidal and Roon but no luck.

In order to accurately access this issue, I would like to gather some more background information in regard to this problem you are experiencing with Tidal.
You mention:

Can you please provide some more insight into this comment for me? Are you unable to see ANY tidal content in roon? Are you only seeing partial content? Can you add any albums from tidal to roon in this state?

no nothing,now it says transport device in use,why would it say that?
