We’re posting this message to touch on two impactful issues we’re experiencing at this time:
1. TIDAL / Qobuz Streaming Issues Related to the AWS Outage
We haven’t missed the recent increase in reports regarding loading albums from TIDAL/Qobuz in Roon. We’re investigating the issue, but it already appears to be related to the third-party services themselves (TIDAL/Qobuz) being impacted by the Amazon Web Services outage.
We’re keeping a close eye on this issue ourselves and, if you have any questions or reports, please let us know on the main topic below:
2. Qobuz Playlists Unavailable in Roon
If you are still seeing issues with Qobuz playlists loading in Roon, we are pleased to share that we have released a fix in our latest Early Access release.
The next step will be including it in our production build as soon as possible.
