TIDAL/Qobuz Streaming issues and Qobuz Playlists unavailable in Roon

We’re posting this message to touch on two impactful issues we’re experiencing at this time:

1. TIDAL / Qobuz Streaming Issues Related to the AWS Outage

We haven’t missed the recent increase in reports regarding loading albums from TIDAL/Qobuz in Roon. We’re investigating the issue, but it already appears to be related to the third-party services themselves (TIDAL/Qobuz) being impacted by the Amazon Web Services outage.

As of today when I try to load an album from Tidal I get a massage “unable to load album unauthorized Error”. It doesn’t happen all the time. It sometimes load the album and some time will not. 2. Qobuz Playlists Unavailable in Roon

If you are still seeing issues with Qobuz playlists loading in Roon, we are pleased to share that we have released a fix in our latest Early Access release.

The next step will be including it in our production build as soon as possible.
