Tidal tracks listed as FLAC or MQA are reported as ALAC in the signal path

Today I noticed Tidal reporting all tracks, FLAC or MQA, as ALAC. Has anyone else seen this recently?

I also am unable to play ‘some’ of the new Tidal albums in Roon. They fast skip though and error, but many others albums that I’ve played in the past or not are playing normally. It seems to be mostly isolated to albums on the what’s new page. These same albums play fine in the Tidal app.

Tidal is now messing up. Won’t let me specify MQA quality and keeps signing me out. Something is wrong with the Tidal player.

Tidal tracks are still showing up in the signal path as ALAC instead of FLAC. They play fine so I believe it’s cosmetic problem…odd that it’s persisted.

Thanks, not really sure it’s warrants supports attention unless others are seeing the same.

I logged out of Tidal and back in and the display is now correct.
