Description of Issue

Since several days TIDAL won’t login to Roon, but on my iPhone TIDAL works fine.
Per suggestion from TIDAL support I changed passwords which didn’t work.

Have you tried within Roon:

  1. Logging out of Tidal within Roon (if possible)

  2. Logging out of Roon on the Core machine

  3. Close and Reboot Roon Core

  4. Sign back into Roon Core

  5. Sign back into Tidal through the Roon Core

I had that issue before - but I just logged out/in of Tidal itself

But if you changed your password…:thinking:
