Tidal won’t login in services.
I believe there is a certain file in Roon’s data base which you will have to delete.
Do a search on here and you’ll find it. I’ve seen it plenty times before.

If you still need to clear the TIDAL cache (as @RBO suggested - thx ), the instructions are here:
- Exit out of Roon
- Find and open your Roon database
- Navigate to
- Move the contents of the
/Cachefolder elsewhere, like your desktop
- Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
