Tidal "You have been blocked"

Large local library > 100,000 tracks

Description of Issue

I noticed Roon was unableto login to Tidal. I only access Tidal via Roon, so I went to Tidal.com to verify my payment was up to date etc. However, I cannot connect to Tidal at all, thre is simply a message:

I have contacted support at Tidal, but since I only ever acess Tidal via roon and it refers to "problems with [my] browswer"I am positing this here also.

I can see a few other threads of the same issue, but none actually include how it was resolved that I can see.

You are possibly using a VPN?

Have seen this message on Tidal and Qobuz and other websites at times when mine has been on…

If you are using one, just switch it off and try to log in again. Hope this helps.

Reboot the whole network starting from the router, and include the Roon Core.

If that does not help, try a different device for Roon Remote app.

Finally, install Chrome browser and set it to system default if possible. If you already have Chrome browser, make sure it is updated to the latest.
