When I hit play, the time bar has a purple flash running back and forth and then I get an error message “too many errors. Stopping playback”. I can playback on my iPad and on the iMac. What’s going wrong?
Hi @Chris_Matthews, we’re so sorry for the delay in our response to your concern! We appreciate your patience and wanted to check in to see if the error has been corrected or if you’re still experiencing this issue?
If so, as a first step, could you please try changing the DNS? We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
I also wasn’t able to tell if your Core device is hardwired to the router… if not, we’d recommend you give this a try, as well. Let us know how it goes!
