Total lack of transparency on metadata support issues

A few weeks ago I reported a metadata issue through the official form. At the end of the report I got a message stating that the issue had been reported. However, this is the ONLY message I got. There was no topic being created on the community and also no email being received. As far a I know the issue might not even have been reported at all because a few week later, I’m not seeing any changes.

I the process broken form a technical perspective (i.e. metadata issues reports are not going through), or is it broken from a functional perspective. In case of the later I can only interpret this as an absolute lack of respect for the customer.

Similar here. Reported the fact that for the Doris Day 6 volume Columbia Singles collection, TiVo only had volumes 2-6 and no post appeared in the forums.

But, the issue is now resolved on Allmusic.
