Track 'Brightside' unavailable in Roon despite playing in Tidal (ref#A56YSL)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Hi Roon Support,

The track "Brightside" from the new album "Brightside" by Ziggy Marley (released today) is showing as "unavailable" in Roon.The track plays perfectly fine in the standalone Tidal app.

I have already tried to "Sync library now" under Tidal services, but the track remains unavailable in Roon.Could you please look into this metadata/sync issue?Thanks!

Thank you for your post.

Here’s what’s happening: Tidal does not always expose new releases to their API right away, which is how Roon accesses the catalog. Even when a track plays normally in the Tidal app, it can still take several days its “unlocked” to partner services like Roon.

Unfortunately, we can’t control when Tidal makes that content available to partner services. If this track is still unavailable after the weekend, please reach out here.

Since we are now past the weekend, I just wanted to quickly check in with you. Has Tidal finally pushed the track “Brightside” to their API, and is it playing smoothly for you in Roon now?

If everything is synced up and working correctly, please let us know so we can go ahead and close out this ticket. If the track is still greyed out, just give us a shout and we can investigate further!
