Tracks placed in random order in queue instead of chosen order (ref#WXS22B)

Describe the issue

When I choose a track to play next or in queue the tracks doesn’t placed in the queue in the order I asked, but are placed in a random order in the queue.

You probably have the Shuffle button enabled in the queue

Thanks for the report. Could you please provide a screenshot or a short video showing the queue behavior when you add tracks?

Also, please confirm that the Shuffle button is turned off.

Hi @isaac_ross,

Following up here since we haven’t seen a response.

The most likely culprit would be the inadvertent activation of the Shuffle feature. Shuffle is also Zone-specific, not global. The setting will stay on for a specific Zone until you turn it off; it also won’t stay activated automatically if you’re switching between Zones.

We’re going to assume this was the problem in the absence of new responses, but if you are finding additional discrepancies with Shuffle, please share a screenshot or video demonstrating the problem.
