A Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I believe this is a developing issue, but might be unrelated, I’m not sure. A couple of a months ago any track from Tidal would only play for 29 seconds then forward to the next track, this was not true with tracks sourced from Qobuz or tracks from my hard drive. Now starting yesterday, no matter the source (not currently using Tidal because of the issue) Roon just stops playing all tracks randomly after several minutes no matter the source for the track. I’m not a tech guy, but I did reboot my Nucleus+, (several times) and also reloaded the Nucleus+'s URL on my iMac which is using Sonoma 14.6.1. Neither has helped. I also always update Roon as soon and I get a notification, so my Roon software should be up to date. Thanks in advance for your thoughts and help.
Hi @lancestern,

This sounds like you are not logged into Tidal correctly. In Roon’s settings → services you can edit the way you are logged in.
Hi @lancestern,
Streaming services will commonly restrict playback to a 0:30 sample if you are either a) logged out or b) do not have a subscription tier for the content you’re attempting to play.
First, check Settings → Services and log back in as prompted for the affected streaming service as suggested above.
If you continue to have issues, verify that the issue occurs regardless of the Zone you have selected. Please share the name of an affected track and our team will pinpoint the event in diagnostics.
Thank you for your assistance, I logged out and back into TIDAL and the issue continues, and it is the same on both of my zones … and the behavior is the same on any TIDAL track.
Hey @lancestern,
Thanks for the follow-up!
How is your Nucleus+ connected to your router? Can you setup a direct, ethernet connection?
Next, can you please review the ‘Clean up Library’ pop up within Roon Settings>Library. Don’t perform this action, but snap a screenshot of the numbers you see.
Do the same for ‘skipped files’ as well.
Lastly, if you could, review your Roon Settings>Storage - are you watched folders synced properly?
